We are delighted to announce the commencement of Early Works, marking the next significant milestone in bringing this once-in-a-generation beachfront address to life. Following a competitive tender process, the early works contract has been awarded to G&H Civil Contractors, a highly regarded Gold Coast civil contractor with more than 15 years' experience delivering major civil infrastructure and construction projects across the region.
Site works are scheduled to commence in mid-August 2026.
This significant early works package includes:
• Site establishment, including construction amenities and site facilities.
• Installation of the piling pad.
• Supply and installation of the piling and foundation system.
• Supply and installation of the basement retention system and retaining walls.
• Bulk excavation of the basement.
• Detailed excavation for lift pits and crane foundations.
• Installation of the blinding layer.
• Installation of the site's stormwater infrastructure.
Subject to weather conditions, these works are anticipated to be completed by late February 2027.

Demolition at NALU is now complete, marking the first physical chapter in the creation of one of the Gold Coast’s most significant beachfront addresses. The scale and rarity of this irreplaceable stretch of coastline becomes increasingly apparent — 7,238 square metres of uninterrupted beachfront land, soon to become home to just 44 private residences.
With construction scheduled to commence in the new financial year, this milestone represents more than progress on site. It marks the beginning of a carefully considered vision shaped around architecture, wellness, longevity and enduring luxury.
